Severe jaw atrophy cannot be learned by watching.
They are learned by planning, executing, correcting the movement, and understanding why a strategy works in one case and not in another.
This cadaver lab is designed to offer a small group of participants an intensive, step-by-step hands-on experience with the most advanced graftless implant techniques for the atrophic maxilla.
This is a course designed for those who want to concretely increase their confidence in advanced implantology. Each phase is guided: from anatomical reading to planning, from the choice of anchorage to the surgical sequence, up to the prosthetic integration of the case.
The practical part on fresh frozen anatomical specimens allows for step-by-step placement of pterygoid, zygomatic, transsinusal, and transnasal implants, with continuous evaluation and direct correction of the surgical gesture. The program also includes guided surgery, prosthetic protocols, conometry, biconometry, and immediate loading, from single implants in the aesthetic zone to advanced full-arch restorations.
The goal is not simply to “try out” complex techniques, but to acquire an applicable clinical method: to develop confidence and tools to recognize indications, avoid errors, choose the most suitable strategy, and approach situations that previously seemed too complex, were postponed, delegated, or considered out of indication, with greater awareness.
A course for those who want to step out of the comfort zone of conventional implantology and start treating atrophic maxilla with more confidence, more vision, and more control.
A pathway to learn how to read atrophies with a critical eye, choose available anchors, build a surgical-prosthetic strategy, and transform complex cases into predictable treatments.

ll The course has a limited enrollment. To best ensure close learning, participants will be divided into working pairs based on their professional skills.
Each working pair will operate on a first-use “fresh frozen” anatomical preparation of high biological quality.
It is possible to take part in the Course as an Auditor, provided they are accompanied by an Active Participant (the Auditor has access to the septic room but cannot actively operate on anatomical preparations).
Participation as an Auditor is reserved for ASOs, Dental Technicians and Dental Students.
